1. About us
tanatasa is operated by WELL IN STYLE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202445049G), a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 77 High Street #10-12B High Street Plaza, Singapore 179433 ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or purchasing from tanatasa you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and authenticity
Every product sold on tanatasa is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors or brand partners. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or grey-market goods.
Product images, descriptions, and ingredient lists are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the physical product due to reformulations by the brand. We are not liable for such third-party changes.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment. We do not guarantee stock availability until payment is complete.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By placing an order you authorise the charge of the total amount to your selected payment method. All transactions are subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery is free on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.
7. Reviews
Reviews may only be submitted by customers who have completed a purchase. By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, false, or otherwise inappropriate.
8. Intellectual property
All content on tanatasa — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of WELL IN STYLE PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
