We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. NRIC, health information).

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send order confirmations and delivery updates

• Display your name alongside reviews you submit (masked if you choose)

We retain order and personal data for 5 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, or longer if required by law. You may request deletion of your data subject to these obligations.

We use a single session cookie to maintain your shopping cart. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
