Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area
We currently deliver within Singapore only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes at this time.
2. Delivery fees
Delivery is free on all orders. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden charges at checkout.
3. Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful. Tracking information is provided where available from the courier.
4. Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 1–3 business daysafter dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
5. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once dispatch has begun.
6. Delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the dispatch confirmation, please contact us at with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
7. Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the outer packaging and the product before contacting us. Send your order number and photographs to and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
